I graduated in 1997 with a degree in Sports Science and Business Studies from Manchester Metropolitan University. I am a fully qualified British Triathlon Coach. I also have a NOWCA Level 2 STA in open water swimming.

I can't say enough positive things about my experience with the bootcamp led by V. From the moment I joined, I knew I was in good hands. V not only possesses an incredible knowledge of fitness but also exudes kindness and encouragement, making every session both challenging and enjoyable.

I love V’s fitness classes because they’re fun and friendly whilst being very effective - results very quickly become apparent!!
She is an experienced and knowledgeable trainer. She’s very aware of my goals or my limitations and will tailor the exercises accordingly. Working out in the fresh air come rain or shine adds to the feeling of well-being, and truly kick starts my day.
V is very committed, always turns up and turns up on time without fail. What’s to not like?Victoria is an excellent swim coach. She has really helped me with my strokes and working towards maximising their efficiency. She is clear with her advice and gives good feedback.

After my first 1 to 1 session with V, I've become much more streamlined and actually changed the side I breath on. I am working on keeping my left leg in line with my right and once mastered, will book a further session. V is fun, enthusiastic and patient

I thought I could swim but realised after trying on my own that I was just ok at not sinking. Starting from scratch, Victoria helped me with simple instructions and observations to obtain a technique which allowed me to achieve my goal. Within ten weeks I improved from swimming 50 metres to completing the 2.4 mile sea swim at long course Wales. Indebted to Victoria's patience, tuition and encouragement.
As an adult new to triathlons Victoria’s swim coaching has been a great support in improving my technique and building my open water confidence. Add to that her upbeat and kind personality and you have the ideal coach for young and old!
I’ve recently started coming to Victoria’s new outdoor bootcamp classes having focussed on running for the last few years and neglected to look after my overall strength. I need to feel like I’ve had a good workout and Victoria’s classes always leave me feeling like I’ve worked hard. She’s always positive, ‘sunny’ and full of encouragement and it’s great to be outside rain or shine working out in the fresh air. Highly recommend her classes!
